Hope Heals Stepping Stones

I frequently hear how Hope heals much of what ails us.  The old song “High Hopes” that we learned as kids attests to that.  But does it?  I believe Hope is merely the first stepping stone to making a choice to spiral upward with your life.

 

According to Dr. David Hawkins research, Hope resonates with an energy factor of 310.  Affirmations resonate lower than that with 200.  So the first stepping stone needs to be an affirmation.  The second stepping stone after saying the affirmation is that of Hope.  Actually Hope, Intentions and staying Optimistic all resonate with a factor of 310.  So all three of these stepping stones are closely linked together.

 

In order to spiral up, one has to move to the next level of Acceptance, Forgiving and Harmony.  These feelings vibrate with a 350 level.  They would be the next stepping stones.  In this way you can transform yourself to choosing a Meaningful Wisdom direction through Reason and Understanding.  Each of those words vibrate with a 400 level. 

 

When one has a revelation about a situation and can see the situation through the eyes of Love and Reverence, one vibrates at a 500 level.  This is the next stepping stone.

 

However, to truly arrive at a point of Joy or Serenity, one has to feel Complete within oneself.  Then you are vibrating at a 540 level.  You feel at ONE with the world.  You are able to meditate and know you are connected with all things on this planet.  Since you are part of the hologram that makes up the ONE, you truly love all people and events and things that help keep this earth together. 

 

It is when you have that understanding that We Are All Related, you will find your illumination and will be filled with Peace towards all beings.  Then, and only then, will you have reached your destination of resonating at a 600 level.

  1. At what level are you at least 50% of your awake time?
  2. How can you choose to move consciously to the next level of stepping stones?
  3. When do you think would be a great time to begin?
  4. Take the first step towards having Peace in your life!

Love Bridge Overcomes Fear

Love is the strongest energy in the universe. The Law of Attraction states that when we put energy into an emotion, we manifest an outer world event to attract that emotion.  Hence, if you put a lot of energy into those things you fear, you will experience a lot of fear related events in your life.  On the otherhand, if you want to have a loving and peaceful life, you choose to focus my thoughts on people and things you love.

 

 

Sometimes we allow fear to rule us.  When we do that, we often will not move forward with the things we love to do. Fear is something each of us has.  We can make a worthy opponent of fear, or we can look it in the face and tell FEAR that it is not going to control us.  Usually when we fear something, if we go to the seed moment of where that fear began, we can overcome it.   Take the baby steps to overcome fears you may have.  Fear is real, but it doesn’t have to be your master.  Empower yourself! Shift your thinking and shift your life!  Reframe your angel blessings!

 

I’m very grateful that in high school decades ago, I was on the track and field team.  I loved to high jump and do the hurdles.  I also loved the relay races and passing the baton. Those are the visuals I have whenever I have anything to fear.  I know with my efforts, I can get over the fear.   Whenever I have a fear of any kind, I know there are 3 ways to deal with it:

  1. face it and jump over the fear.
  2. find a way around the fear that I can live with.
  3. face it and go through it asking myself “what is the worst that can happen?”

 

Reflection Questions

1.  What is the worst possible scenario for this fear? 

2.  What is the seed moment of this fear?  As an adult would I be scared of what my childhood’s interpretation was?

3.  What do I love that can motivate me to go around this fear?

4.  How can I cross the bridge from fear to love that is on the other side?

 

 

Face your fear by raising your consciousness.  Empower yourself with love energy! It neutralizes fears you might have.   Think love and peace in your world by affirming you deserve love in your life.

 

Affirmation:  I intend that my life is filled with thoughts of love and peace today.

Spirituality Earth Love & Smiles

Spider Woman is spinning her web and connecting all of us around Mother Earth.  Relationships are built in diverse ways now that we have the internet.  I believe that blogging enables us to connect with people who keenly are interested in things we also are interested in. 

 

I’m very grateful for the spiritual connections to others since I choose to live in a remote area of the world.  When I hear from others who mirror some of my beliefs, it brings a smile to my soul.  It reminds me of how we are linked together now in our endeavors to raise the consciousness of others for the greater good.  Universal and global consciousness changes the world into a better place!  Smiles around the Earth … oh yah!  What a concept to help change this world to be a more peaceful place for all of us.!  That helps the Law of Attraction to a better life for all of us on this planet!

 

Many people touch us and  bring love and light and laughter into our lives. Abundance in Your Loving Relationships

What is your love calculator?  In order to have abundance or wealth in your relationships, you truly do have to examine your personal love calculator.  Only you can control that love calculator because you control your emotional reaction to life.  If you want to improve the quality of your love relationships, you have to do the work!  So let’s work at increasing your self awareness.  By your being a happier person, the whole world rejoices.  Global Consciousness is also raised up a notch. By your having more peace in your heart, there will be more peace in this world. 

 

Our emotions are governed by largely by our birth Moon sign in our personal astrology charts.  However, the Moon changes signs every couple of days.  Many of us change emotions to match and reflect that Moon sign change.  If you are interested in pursuing this further then visit my astrology blog at www.wisewomaninwoods.blog.ca.

 

In his book, Emotional IQ, Goleman notes there are 5 main areas that indicate we will choose to have an emotional successful life.    I have those 5 areas outlined for you in the reflection questions.

Reflection Questions

  1. know your emotions.  When you are feeling something can you put a name to it?  Increase your self-awareness.
  2. manage your emotions.  How do you manage your behavior when you are sad?  When you are angry? When you are full of joy and happiness?
  3. motivate yourself.  How well you master managing your emotions is up to you.  On a scale of 1-10, where do you feel you are at this moment in time? 5 = average.
  4. recognize emotions in others.  This is called people skills.  Where are you at on your scale of 1 – 10 in your people skills?   How well do you read other peoples’ emotions?
  5. handling relationships.  If you are at least at a 5 in knowing how someone else feels, then you are well on your way to handling your relationships effectively.  When you are in negative emotion, pause and ask yourself where you are on your love and relationship calculator!
