Water for Life July 25

Water for Life!  All living beings on the planet require water to live.  Yin-Yang; water on the outside equals emotions on the inside.  Water represents our deepest emotions according to many dream analysts and psychologists including Jung and Freud.  When we work to preserve and protect water in our world, we also are preserving the health of our own emotions.  Each of us has a responsibility to do what we can, since we are all related and connected.

Water for Life Global Ceremony

Water for Life Global Ceremony

One of the things you can do is during your own meditation on July 25, 2009 join voices around the globe praying for health of water on this planet.  Raise your own health vibration and the vibration of the planet! (thanks to Mira for the picture from her blog!)  See this website for additional information on Dr. Masaru Emoto’s Mission in Life http://www.thank-water.net/english/main.htm.  What an angel he is!

One drop of water represents a spiral.  For those of you interested in sacred geometry, you know how important that is.  Either we spiral up spiritually and emotionally, or we spiral down.  Your prayers and meditation help not only yourself, but also everyone else around you.  That is one of the ancient spiritual laws.  It now is being espoused by those in quantum physics.  Spiral up towards global consciousness!

Come and sip from Life’s Nectar.  Pluto shift is here.  Change is here.  Transformation is here.  Yes you can! Break open your egg shell and shift towards your new found freedom!  Help make this earth a Sacred Safe Place for all.

Reflection Questions!

  1. What is one ACTion you can do to help heal water?
  2. What is one ACTion to help heal your emotions?

Affirmations and Intentions:  I intend to have an attitude of gratitude every time I see a body of water. I AM grateful for the healthy water I drink.

Wee!  Slide down a rainbow on your magic carpet!

Let’s increase the Love and vibrant energy of the planet!

Hugs and love from the Universe.

Magical Mother’s Day Angels!

Celebrate the feminine side of you!  Each of us needs a safe person to talk to.  That’s the Mother archetype.  Mothering is something we all do, whether we are men or women.  We provide a Sacred Safe Place to others where they can come and whisper or weep about their pain.  Sometimes they come and we are just silent with them.  That’s okay for that is what they need at that moment in time.

I want to thank each and every one of you for allowing your feminine side to come through to the people you treasure in your life.  We all have a very basic need of belonging to a tribe. We all NEED just one person who truly does care about our well being and who does not judge us.  You allow us to just be our true selves. You accept that it’s okay for “I AM me”.

Friends are Pot of Gold

Friends are Pot of Gold

I know those of you who visit my blog are just those kinds of people. I’m grateful you are on this earth and in our world.  Blessings to you all!  May you ride a magic carpet, sliding down rainbows to find the pot of gold at the bottom.  That true pot of gold is someone who accepts us for who we truly are!

A special Happy Mother’s Day to Jo who is grandmother to many she has adopted and my non judgmental mother!   Hooray Mum, this is your special day …  I’m so proud of you in your empowerment of yourself!  You are a role model for all of us who are blessed to know you.

A mother understands what a child does not say.

Real Earth Day

Today is the Real Earth Day with the Sun and Moon in Taurus, the “Mother-Earth” of the zodiac.  I am passionate about doing what I can to preserve the healthiness of our planet in my small piece of this sacred space.  We who live here have an obligation to demand that our governments, our industry and people who live in our town and home do what they can to make our sacred place a healthy one.  The wise ones say that what decisions we make today affect 7 generations.

At the very least plan on planting a tree this spring!  Trees are the lungs of our planet.

Reflection Questions!

1.      What decisions are you going to make for your Sacred Place, Mother Earth?

2.     What are four NEW things you can make as a habit to clean up your little piece of this earth?

3.     Who can you influence to keep our sacred planet clean and healthy for your children and grandchildren?

4.     What can you do to respect your water consumption?

Affirmations and Intentions:  I intend to walk lightly on Planet Earth.  I intend to influence my family and my friends in making a light carbon footprint.  I intend to plant 24 trees. I intend to make respecting the earth part of my daily spiritual journey

www.Ojolie.com has generously given us her Earth Day gift.  I’m grateful for angel Ojolie’s  artistic talents that she willingly shares with us. Please see the card at

Nature’s Spring Love Songs

Spring Peepers Sing a Song of Joy!  In New Brunswick, they call them spring peepers.  Where I live in Alberta they are merely called spring frogs.  A polished “peep” is what they sing and I love it!  One spring peeper can be heard but barely, above the beauty of the joyous tinkling water sound.  But thousands literally make the very air reverberate with their lovely chorus.  These peepers emerge from the frogs’ eggs that lie deep within the depths of the muck of the streams during the winter.  In the spring, they hatch and emerge as tiny wee frogs with hearts that sing as beautifully as Susan DoyleI have a dream” of a new life!  (What a magnificent voice that wonderful woman has.  She is a reminder that true beauty lies below the surface of our consciousness.)  That’s a spiritual awakening and a global rise in consciousness for all of us.  Yes, Rebirth time is here!

The first sign of spring is the creek running over the beaver dams that fill my pond or slough.  That’s a sure sign that the thaw is finally here. The only time we hear the water rushing at the farm is this delightful water running sound in the spring.  It seems to sing and shout the joys of rebirth.  We all are awakening from a long winter’s nap where we cocoon here in the north.  This winter annual cocooning gives us time to regenerate our spirits.  We emerge like the water ready to embrace a rebirth and a new life.  Death and rebirth issues are all around us.  The spring signs are a hint of the marvelous rebirth.

Another early sign of spring in these parts are the pussy willows emerging from their buds.  Soft, gentle and waving gaily from the tree tops, the pussy willows reach towards the lovely sunlight.  Sometimes they are fooled on a warm winter’s day when some early bird willows pop out.  But in the true spring, the woods around the pond are alive with the smells and softness of several types of willow.  Their smells later will permeate the air.  The willow twigs I sometimes burn in our wood stove just to have the unique scent.

We are on the migratory route for all kinds of birds.  So the sky if filled right now with sky streams of ducks and Canada Geese honking their way north again.  The bald eagles began appearing a couple of weeks ago.  Soon, very soon, I hope, my beloved swallows will twitter and begin dive bombing the dogs on our farm.  Every year I buy another cedar bird house so their population will grow and they will invite new friends to return with them.  These are natural bug killers and that is yet another reason why I love and support swallows.  Yes, spring is on its way.

Happiness and Joy.  Rebirth. The very earth sings, dances and smells different.  It’s a new world.  It’s a cosmic new life.  It’s the time of your annual rebirth too.  It’s part of our natural earth cycle for all living things in the web of life.

However, let’s tie this into astrology.  The real spring in your birth chart begins with the month you were born.   Each season is comprised of 3 months according to Suskin’s astrology book, Cycles of Life.  Start charting your own seasons and understand your chart more effectively.

Reflection Questions!

1. What are four signs of spring in your part of the world?

2.  How are you rebirthing yourself to be a new and improved YOU model?

3.  In what parts of your life do you need sing to the world about your talents?

4.  In what parts of your life do you need to reach up to the light and grow in your spiritual consciousness?

Affirmations and Intentions:  I intend to read enlightening books every day.  I intend to grow and stretch my heart, body, mind and spirit.

Whatever your life’s pursuit — art, poetry, sculpture, music,

whatever your occupation may be –

you can be as spiritual as clergy,

always living a life of praise.

Love Life, Love Water

Water is life on Planet Earth.  We truly need to understand the value of water in our lives.  We also need to honor water on our planet.  We truly need to love the water that goes into our bodies.  You see approximately 85% of our body is made up of water.  Is that a coincidence that Planet Earth has approximately 85% of her body being made up of water?  I don’t think there is any such thing as coincidence in the design of our higher power, by whatever name you choose to call her or him.

Dr. Emoto was the first scientist to understand the power of telling water we drink that we love it.  The wise ancient ones knew this. When we honor water, the crystals in the water virtually change and the water is better for our bodies.  So Dr. Emoto is raising global consciousness by taking his message around the world to honor our lakes, our rivers, our oceans as well as the water we drink.  http://www.hado.net/

Dr. Emoto one Youtube.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lkbpXRSIUnE&feature=related

When you understand the power of your positive words through Dr. Emoto’s research, you also understand the energy and power of your words on the people you love.  Begin with yourself and the self talk in your head.  If you do not love yourself, how can you possibly love anyone else?

Then understand as well the power of your emotions and feelings when you choose to cook meals for your family.  Only serve them food cooked with love.  If you are upset or angry or any other negative emotions when you are preparing a meal, you truly are changing the energy of the food your family is eating.  That also is one of the reasons why home cooked meals are best.  You are thinking of your family and how you can best feed their bodies.  Frankly I believe the reason there is an increase in dis-ease around the world is because we are not honoring both the water and the food we take into our bodies.  By eating junk food, fast foods and restaurant foods we are not filling our bodies with love energy.  Simplify your life and cook more meals at home. Be an angel to your family and cook with Love!

I also believe the next “gold” standard around the world will be good drinking water.  Start purifying your food and the water you drink by saying a prayer of thanks and a prayer of gratitude before you put it into your body.

To find out how much fresh drinking water is in your country click here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WaterdistributiononEarth

According to Dr. David Hawkins, when you think, feel and say the word “Love” sincerely from your heart, you are vibrating at a 500 level.  Our ordinary state of being is at a 200 and negative words in our minds, our hearts and thoughts vibrate below a 200.  Hello!  Make the energy connection.  Change your thoughts, change your feelings and act on vibrating at a higher level today!

Reflection Questions!

  1. When was the last time you told food you were grateful?
  2.  When was the last time you told water you love it?
  3. What percentage of time are you thinking positive thoughts when you are talking to people you love?
  4. How frequently are you using the word “Love” spoken from your heart?

Affirmations and Intentions:  I intend to tell water and food that I love it.

Nature’s Love Poems 2

Nature sings a Love Poem at every season of the year. We are so blessed by the gifts we receive from nature.  If we watch carefully, we learn all the Life Lessons we need to succeed.  Those gifts from nature are part of our roadmap through life.

Winter brings the gift of White Light.  In the country where I live there is only natural light at night.  It is never truly dark since the white snow reflects light once your eyes adjust.  Similarly, sometimes when it seems to be very dark in our emotional lives, all we have to do is open our hearts and feelings to the white light of our higher power.  We are never alone if we believe and have faith that there is a higher power.  I don’t care whether you call that higher power Buddah, Allah, God, Creator or any other name.  There is but ONE higher power.  When one examines the major religions of the world, fundamentally they all preach the same message.  That is a message of Love and caring for our fellow human being.

Winter brings the gift of slowing down the earth’s rhythms.  It is a time to go inside and to reflect.  It is a time to take life easier.  It is a time to simplify.  Winter is a time of Soul renewal in preparation for the rebirth that will awaken us in the spring.  Before we can have that rebirth, we must reflect, learn our lessons from the past year and grow from them.  Winter is very necessary on our soul’s journey.  Wintertime is the time to raise our consciousness.

Winter Fairy

Winter Fairy

Enjoy the magic of winter.  Believe in the magic of the little spirits that come whispering on the wind and into your hearts.  Be grateful for those inspirations that we call intuition!  Bless everything you have in your life by being grateful.  That increases the positive energy around you!  That’s the Law of Attraction.  Since winter is wonderful reflection time, then empower yourself!

If you want to increase good things in your life, remember to be grateful for what you already have.  Say a little prayer several times a day, just between you and your higher power.  By focussing on the positive energy in your life, you bring more positive energy into your life.  So watch what you feel in your heart and what you think even!

I’m delighted you came for a visit. Remember to give Green environmentally gifts year round! Enjoy!

In moments of surprise

we catch at least a glimpse of the joy

to which gratefulness opens the door.

Body Energy Balancing Act

Celebrate synchronicity.  Dance of Life.  Cycle of Harvest time.  You want balance in your life right?  Grab it while you can! September 23, 2008 at 9:45 MDT the Fall Equinox arrived.  We are now at the end of Libra Sun and have finally arrived at one of two days a year of balance between daylight and dark.  The Spring Equinox is the second day of balance.  The rest of the year you are unbalanced along with the rest of the earth.  So isn’t that fabulous?  Oh did you miss it?  I did!  I wrote it down in my planner on the wrong date when Mercury was retrograde.  Still you need to understand the importance of these transition dates in our lives.

Here’s why.  When one is totally in balance, one is in the state of homeostasis. There is no energy movement.  What you see on the outside, you see on the inside at the cellular level.  That’s your DNA saying, “I’m totally okay!”  You are on an even keel, including emotionally.  Yin-yang.

Since the Moon is constantly shifting, it does not permit this balanced feeling for very long.  In other words, we teeter-totter our way through life.  We strive for the elusive balancing act for at least 363 days of the year.  Whew, that’s a relief since my New Year’s Resolution was to become more balanced this year.  I don’t think so honey!  When only point .005% of our year remotely allows us to be in balance, how can we hope to have it happen?  We can’t.  If we live with the premise that balance in our lives is a good thing, we will always be on the teeter-totter, see-sawing every day.  That’s the dance of life folks, striving for the elusive balancing act.  We are all reaching for the goal of moon dust balance.

Solstice Spring to Fall

Solstice Spring to Fall

Here’s a gorgeous  Picture of Sun Equinox: The Sun from Solstice to Solstice Credit & Copyright: Tunç Tezel (TWAN) that I found this morning on this website http://apod.nasa.gov/apod/ap080922.html.  You see, I’m in total awe of the cycles in our lives.  They influence us in ways we are not aware of at the conscious level.

By bringing the four seasons cycles to our conscious awareness, we can then begin our lifelong dance with the rhythm of the Universe.  Astrologer, Rod Suskin in his 2005 book, Cycles of Life, states that “The simplest way to realign ourselves with the yearly rhythm is to admit the seasons back into our lives.”  Suskin goes on to point out that our personal lives have the four cycles of spring, summer, fall and winter as well.

When we are in tune with our own birth chart, we are aware of these yearly cycles in our lives.  Our spring cycle begins the day of your birth.  Approximately 3 months later or ninety-one days begins our personal summer cycle.  91.25 days later begins our fall cycle.  91.25 days later begins our winter cycle.  So dig out a calendar and start counting off the days.  Those 4 dates are significant in your life.  Your life energy will do a yearly dance around those dates.  Karen and Tammy, for heaven’s sake put this in your planners!  The rest of you would be wise to do so as well.  Those are magical dates for you.

Synchronicity magical energy cycles.  Here’s why they are magic.  If you flow with your yearly personal energy cycle, life will flow more smoothly for you.

1.      Spring time of your birth cycle – you are planting seeds for the first 91.25 days.  It’s the time for beginning things in your year.  It’s planning time.  It’s time for you to answer the questions of who, what, where, when and how am I going to be able to complete this project.

2.      Summer – for the next 91.25 days you are expanding those projects.  It’s the time for you to put your plan into action.  It’s time for you to water and fertilize those plans in order for them to grow.

3.      Autumn or Fall – for the next 91.25 day it’s a time for you to harvest.  You finish off those projects and you reap the reward of the hard work.

4.      Winter – for the next 91.25 days the fields lay fallow.  It’s cocooning time.  It’s a time of resting for you.  Now is the time for dreaming.  It should be quiet time.

Think about it!  Put those dates on your calendar and live with your own personal yearly energy.

In the meantime, celebrate the Fall Equinox tomorrow.  Do a yearly feast.  Look at that gorgeous Moon.  Be grateful for the abundance you have in your life.  People who live close to the earth know instinctively that this is the Harvest time.  They celebrate.  Here are some interesting websites that have links to the history of celebrations around the globe! http://yourehistory.wordpress.com/2008/09/20/fall-equinoxharvest-home/

I am grateful this day to discover my personal life cycle

of spring, summer, winter and fall.

I am thankful for the abundance that comes to me each day.

The unthankful heart… discovers no mercies;

but let the thankful heart sweep through the day and,

as the magnet finds the iron, so it will find,

in every hour, some heavenly blessings!

(Henry Ward Beecher)
